Update: Jan 28, 2025:

Received notification yesterday that the agency is sending the Right to Sue notice. Months of waiting is finally starting to feel like it wasn't for nothing. And that's my ultimate goal. To make sure all the destruction wasn't for nothing.

I KNOW that as long as I keep moving forward with positive intent it'll eventually all come together; some way, some how.

Because good always triumphs over bad.

Woke up. Showered. Brushed teeth (remember Duane Allman). Yadda.

10:45am - Phone rings. Ringtone~ Soulshine by The Allman Brothers.

11:20ish - The words out of my mouth finally rang sweet in my ear. Almost as sweet as the sound of that famous slide guitar. "I want to move forward with filing the charge."
